Is It Right for Your Organization?

Could direct-service virtual volunteering help to further your organization's mission? Could it be a central part of meeting that mission? Could it improve service for current clients or new clients, rather than offering service only onsite during regular business hours? If it's already happening, what impact is it having on your organization and its goals?

Would you be able to attract highly qualified, highly committed volunteers if they had this option for helping—and support them? Or, if this is already happening, are volunteers fully supported in these activities?

Do you have the in-house expertise to launch or expand such a program?
